| Location: The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect for a family holiday right by the beach. The resort of Alcudia itself is known as one of the top family resorts in Majorca and the apartment is perfectly situated only minutes away from the main resort of Alcudia, in the beach direction.
Getting Around: The picturesque port of Alcudia and marina is also only approx. 3 minutes away by car, although you may also get there by walking along the entire stretch of the Alcudia beachfront which is a beautiful walk in the evening as you can see all the resorts lit up reflecting along the bay. Once you reach the Port, this boasts even more restaurants, bars and beautifully situated cafes right on the beachfront itself.
Accommodation: All guest rooms on the complex are either air conditioned or centrally heated according to the season, and come equipped with a fully fitted en suite bathroom with shower, along with a kitchenette with fridge and a combined lounge/dining room with sofa beds as well as a direct dial telephone, safety deposit box available for rental, satellite television and either terrace or balcony, most of which have pool and garden views. In addition to the above, a maid service is also provided, undertaking a change of towels as required and change of bed linen once a week.
Facilities: Guest facilities on offer include reception areas with currency exchange services, along with a luggage room and courtesy rooms with showers for late departures, a games room and laundry service. Sporting and leisure facilities available to guests include an outdoor freshwater swimming pool with separate childrens section, a childrens playground and sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols.
