We stayed here as we were visiting the Eden Project. The Room was very clean but we had to search around for the correct amount of pillows. There wasn't enough tea/coffee facilities in the room to cover the people in our party. The hot water tap was faulty and again we had to search for someone to fox this. We were put in the room below the stairs and you could hear people up and down the stairs all through the night.
The food was average but very expensive. Breakfast was self service again average.
The TV in the room was extremely small - i would estimate a 14" screen.
