The hotel is tradtional in appearance resembling a country house. It is a beautiful old building of typical Scottish design surrounded by small landscaled gardens.
All of the bedrooms are ensuite and offer good facilities. The rooms are decorated in a relaxing manner with rich colour schemes and heavy bedding.
The restaurant is spacious and offers a wide variety of cuisine including tradtional scottish dishes.
This hotel is situated at the top of a hill overlooking the town of Fort William and the Loch. It is less than a ten minute walk to the town centre although the return journey could be difficult for those less athletic people amongst us - the jouney is uphill all of the way.
The hotel offers a relaxing stay in an ideal location with stunning views of the Loch and surrounding countryside. (MT 11/04)
