This is a modern, purpose build hotel in grey and red.

All 90 bedrooms at this Chatham hotel are contemporary and stylish, with all the facilities needed for a great night's sleep and a relaxing break.
Ramada Encore bedrooms are bright, decorated using bright colours and spacious, and have all the facilities required for business or leisure. All rooms have a power shower, generous work area, direct dial telephone, and flat screen colour TV with radio and pay movie channels. Rooms are air conditioned, offer desk areas with high-speed internet access (chargable) and an invigorating power shower.
Double, twin and family rooms incorporating a fold away sofa bed are available. Family rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children (aged 18 and under).
All rooms have modern bathrooms equipped with power shower to invigorate you for the day ahead. Hair dryers are provided.
Being this a new property, both the bedrooms and bathrooms are in excellent condition.

The restaurant and bar, located in the ground floor, are both airy and very bright, and serve breakfast and snacks during the day.

Ramada Encore is ideally located in the historic dockyard area of Chatham, close to the M25 just off the M2, within easy access of Dover and the Kent coast it is the perfect base for leisure and business travellers.

This is a fabulous property, brand new and of very high standards. Real quality value for money, near Chatham and not far from London. (0309/RPL)

We stayed here as a large party for a wedding that was taking place near-by. Although the rooms and facilities were minimalistic, the hotel was clean and the staff were courteous and helpful.

The room we had was a double en suite which was spacious and contained all the amenities that we required, TV, coffee and tea making facilities and a shower radio. WI-FI was available throughout the hotel, but you had to go down to reception to obtain the password.

After the wedding celebrations we arrived back at a rather unholy hour, but the staff were still on hand to accommodate our request of a morning wake up call.

They offered an adequate yet basic breakfast menu which catered to most people's needs. The lack of a vegetarian option on the menu was to the frustration of a couple in our party who had to settle for an apple apiece. The seating area consisted of a well set out combination of tables, chairs and sofas making for a sociable meeting and dining area.

The Ramada is situated on the outskirts of Chatham, requiring a 10 minute drive to get into the city centre. In the vicinity there is a shopping medium sized shopping centre for those who wish to indulge in some retail therapy.

Overall this hotel caters to the needs of those looking for a base in Chatham. Were you to want to spend the majority of your time at your lodgings or looking for a more luxurious stay I would recommend looking elsewhere.
