Plarrer Hotel

This hotel is old and outdated. The rooms are not very nice. The pictures they show...only the outside photos are correct. When we arrived we were told by the person working the front desk we could pay when we checked out, we could pay by credit card, however they preferred cash and when we asked about the free hotel parking we were told it was full, even though we were the only guests staying there.
The lady who says she is the owner and manager was very rude and ugly to our group (we rented 3 rooms from this hotel). We had a sick traveler with us and when we tried to take that person a cup of tea from the breakfast room she began to yell at us. Then she accused us of not paying for our rooms and advised us breakfast was not included. We tried to explain we were told breakfast was included in what we paid and we were told we could pay at check out. She said no at her hotel you pay first and with cash. We explained that cash was not possable and told her we would pay with credit card. She stood and yelled and argued with us round and round for over 30 min. She treated us like second class people, not as paying guests in her hotel. This hotel knows nothing of customer service.
