Set in the heart of the Cazorla mountain range, 24 kilometres away from Cazorla Town, the sinuous access road leads to the hotel which is embedded in a landscape compulsory for nature lovers who shun the noisy city.

All of the rooms are exterior except for those facing the patio or those situated in the annex. Soft colours and leather furniture prevail in the decoration.

Cuisine at the hotel is lead by game meats and fish from the rivers, but there are also other typical dishes such as gachamiga (bread crumbs mixed with fried peppers and highly-spiced red sausage). Chocolate pudding is one of the restaurant's main sweet desserts.

The lobby is very cosy with a huge chimney decorated with game trophies. A large painting on the wall features game scenes. The windows overlook the mountains.

The thick vegetation that surrounds the hotel makes it easier to enjoy the relaxing views from this building which was inaugurated in 1964. It is a 3- storey building, with a red slated roof and white exterior walls.

Located in the heart of the Reserve 24 km from Cazorla, the Parador is conveniently signposted after passing the checkpoint on entering this protected area. 1208AB
