By car (from Palma Airport): take the motorway from Palma Airport to Puerto de Alcudia. Alcudia is the last of the towns, after Inca and Sa Pobla. Once there, proceed towards Puerto Deportivo. 300 metres on, guests will find the hotel. It is necessary to check-in at Alcudia Garden.
The pleasing apartments include a combined living room/bedroom, separate bedroom, en suite bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, a hire safe and a balcony.
Guests may select their breakfast, midday and evening meals from varied buffets. Lunch and dinner may also be taken à la carte. Special dietary requirements may be accommodated and individual-specific dishes may be prepared. Guests have the opportunity to book either a half-board or an all-inclusive stay.
This apartment complex is a 10-minute walk from the harbour and the centre of Alcudia, only across the coastal road from the slightly sloping beach (about 150 metres). Links to the transport network can easily be reached on foot and a nightclub is about 500 m away.
In the outdoor complex is a freshwater swimming pool as well as a poolside snack bar, sun loungers and parasols. On offer are a Jacuzzi, a sauna, a gym and a massage service (for an additional fee). Leisure options include table tennis, archery, bocce and, for an additional fee, pool. There is a seasonal entertainment programme to provide some variation for guests.
Built in 1987 and renovated in 2001, this complex comprises 83 apartments split between five 2-storey buildings. There is a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, a hotel safe and a currency exchange counter. Guests are invited to make use of the facilities in the neighbouring hotel. All facilities on offer therefore include an air-conditioned la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants, a bar, a caf, a small supermarket, a games room, a pizzeria and a public Internet terminal (wireless access possible). Furthermore, there is a laundry and room service, medical assistance, a playground, a kids' club, a bicycle hire service and a car park on offer.

We booked a one bedroom apartment at Palm Garden and my teenage daughter and I have just come back from a one week stay. The coach dropped us off at the hotel late in the evening and we couldn't find reception to check in!! Because there is no reception at the Palm Garden - you have to go to the Alcudia Garden which is adjacent but massive - so a long walk with luggage. So if you book your own transport - arrange to be dropped off at the Alcudia Garden.
All the facilities (except a small pool and bar) are at the Alcudia Garden. When we finally checked in, we were allocated a room in the Alcudia Garden anyway. The room was great, food excellent (amazing choice and fine quality) and the entertainment was brilliant. Fantastic beach less than 100m away as well.
Only negative was that there is no lift, although only 2 stories high - it's a long way up the stairs with the suitcases! Take a travel kettle if you fancy a cuppa before breakfast. There is a fridge & cooker in the room, but no kettle.
We had a great time, all inclusive recommended.
