Over-Seas House is in the heart of Princes Street, Edinburgh's main shopping street, and has free Wi-Fi, a restaurant and excellent views of Edinburgh Castle and the city. Over-Seas House has a great location for the Scott Monument, Waverley Train Station and shopping. All bedrooms are en suite and have free Wi-Fi access and a flat-screen TV with digital channels. The second floor of the clubhouse has a bar, restaurant and 3 function rooms.
