The hotel is a simple townhouse,typical of this part of Reykjavik, and though architecturally unremarkable, its pale yellow facade stands out amongst its greyer neighbours.
The rooms vary in size, but most are small.They are simply decorated in cosy warm colours, with furnishings that are good quality, but aging. Both the rooms and the small, basic bathrooms are in very good condition.
The breakfast room is located on the ground floor, just off the lobby. It serves as a seating area during the day.
