The traditional facade is ornate and in keeping with the late 19th century art-nouveau style of the neighboring buildings.

The rooms vary greatly in size, most are at least medium-sized but appear larger due to the high ceilings, some are small and some are large and very spacious. All of the bedrooms are decorated with coordinating bed covers and curtains. The bedrooms are all in very good condition and are decorated in checked colors. All bathrooms are medium sized with a pastel color scheme. Most bathrooms have a bath.

The restaurant is situated on the ground floor and is an impressive and elegant room in art-nouveau style, with a beautiful gallery running around the top overlooking the main dining room.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the city, close to all the main shopping streets and tourist attractions on the Pest side. The nearest underground station is the Blaha Ter just opposite the hotel. The building itself stands on the junction of two of Budapest's main thoroughfares.
