The hotel is centrally located, next to the commercial and monumental area of the city. The famous basilica del Pilar is 900 metres from the hotel and the train station 10 minutes away.
The 247 rooms are large in size some are suites and junior suites and there is also a presidential suite. There are rooms for handicapped guests.
