most unsatisfactory stay at this hotel. the staff were unhelpful even rude at times. health and safety issues made me very uncomfortable for the three nights that we stayed here. no lift meant carrying cases up three floors. food was poor 'convenience' type - plumbing was faulty and we had to use a bowl for washing in etc. security was lax in that we came back and our room was wide open with the pass keys in the door. we have made formal complaint to wa/shearings who booked the 4* ? hotel together with 42 other people. so far we have heard nothing not even acknowledgement of the correspondence we sent with photographic evidence of our claims.
