The functional and spacious bungalows each come equipped with integrated living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom, an en suite bathroom, a kitchenette with a fridge and some also include a balcony or terrace. Additional fittings include a direct dial telephone, satellite TV and a ceiling fan. The rooms are cleaned after they have been vacated by the guests.

Guests may choose their breakfast, lunch or evening meals from individual buffets.

This bungalow complex is located in a 110,000 m² garden, in a particularly scenic landscape. The premises are on a slight incline towards the south, to Migjorn Beach. Each bungalow is just a few minutes from the beach (between 100 to 400 m). With a regular bus service (a bus stop is located on site) guests will easily reach the surrounding towns of San Fernando, San Francisco and Es Pujols. An abundance of shops and entertainment venues are located in the vicinity, around 300 m away.

A large saltwater swimming pool is located near the beach with a poolside bar, separate children's paddling area and sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols (on the beach for an added fee). The 2nd pool with freshwater lies in the pinewood above the residences, near the auditorium, which offers a varied evening entertainment programme. On the beach, guests will also find various water sports activities, such as surfing, windsurfing, diving, sailing, catamaran sailing and canoeing, most of which incur an additional fee. In addition, there is the opportunity to play tennis, table tennis, beach volleyball, bocce or minigolf as well as learn archery. The daily entertainment programme for all ages (including a kids club) changes regularly and offers broad sports activities (gym or aqua aerobics) and games.

Built in Mediterranean style, the grounds of the 325 bungalows, mostly just a ground floor or with one storey, are dominated by old pine trees. The facilities include, in the central building, a lobby, a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, lifts and a currency exchange desk. Additional facilities include a boutique, a supermarket, a TV lounge, an auditorium, a café and a total of 2 air-conditioned restaurants (à la carte and buffet). The complex also features a playground for younger guests. In addition, there is Internet access and bicycle rental available to hotel guests. American Express, MasterCard and VISA cards are all accepted as methods of payment.
