Hollytree BandB is set in the quiet village of Coaltown on the outskirts of Glenrothes with Kirkcaldy five minutes by car and Edinburgh and St Andrews thirty minutes away. We have three ensuite rooms and one family room which has a private bathroom. We also have the cottage next door to the BandB which has a further three letting bedrooms a large bathroom and a working kitchen for the use of the guests. The cottage can be booked per room or as a complete unit with these guests coming into the main house for their breakfast. Large off street parking for several cars or vans at rear of house. Free WiFi. Pet friendly. Early breakfast or packed lunch available. Vegetarian breakfasts cooked by a vegetaria, also other dietry needs catered for. Local Spar post office and pub five minutes walk from the house. Glenrothes has its own golf course, also can be played at nearby Thornton, Balbirnie and Leven. Nearest Local rail stations are Thornton with Glenrothes, Markinch and Kirkcaldy. Cot and high chair available. Nearby country walks.
