Holgate Hill Hotel is situated on the A59, easy access is gained via the A1237, York northern section of the ring road. The hotel is onlu a few minutes walk from either the famous York Race Course or Historic Medieval City and on several regular bus routes. Railway and Coach Stations are also close by. Holgate Hotel caters for small meetings, conferences, weddings and business lunches. Every effort is made to meet the guests' individual requirements. All 33 bedrooms are tastefully decorated with en-suite facilities, colour television, radio, direct dial telephones and complimentary tea and coffee making trays. For the romantically inclined the elegance of the Regent Suite with its magnificent four poster bed is irresistible. The Suite allows parents to enjoy peace and quiet while the children have their own room. Functions and Special Occasions can be arranged, this can include flowers, cakes, and many other items to make a lasting memory of the occasion.

This hotel is exceptional value for money. The staff are professsional with excellent customer care skills. The breakfast was superb cooked individually and served at the table in delightful surroundings. This is 5* accommodation at a very modest price.
