The hotel is a large, modern, American style red brick building with a good size drop-off area at the front.
There are two standards of rooms, all are medium in size, and the decor and condition of the rooms varies a little. About half the rooms are in exceptional condition, as are their bathrooms, while the other half are in very good condition, and all are decorated in a traditional style.
The main restaurant, is situated on the ground floor, it is very light and airy and serves a choice of international dishes. The hotel also has a traditional Japanese restaurant and a pleasant lounge bar.
The hotel is located in a residential area off Holland Park, close to London's west end and the fashionable High Street Kensington. It is just ten minutes walk to Holland Park underground station, which offers excellent connections to all parts of London.
A very pleasant hotel in a hard to beat location. (10/09 RP)
