It is a traditional Georgian terrace building which has been converted into a hotel.
The rooms all vary in size and are decorated in a very traditional style. The bathrooms are light and modern. The rooms are in a good condition, and a few on the higher floors have a view to the Firth of Forth.
The hotel does not have a restaurant at all. Breakfast is served in an excellent new cafe which is situated opposite the hotel.
This hotel is situated on Fredericks Street in the heart of the city of Edinburgh, just a minute's walk from Princes Street and all other main city sights. This is an excellent central location.
This is a very popular hotel with an excellent location. This is a small, family-run hotel with a traditional feel.
