Guests coming from the airport should enter the left-hand lane after passing exit 10. Turn left and leave via exit 9 from the left-hand lane, signposted for the hospital. Head for the roundabout and take the 3rd exit. After 0.4 km, the A Morgadina restaurant will come into view on the left and there is a small road just before it that guests will be turning into later. Go down the hill and through the tunnel. On leaving the tunnel, get into the left-hand lane. There is a tattoo studio on the far side of a roundabout-style road junction. Stay in the left through lane (not one for car park) and use the roundabout to change direction, following signs to the hospital, and re-enter the tunnel in the opposite direction (Northbound). On exiting the tunnel, keep right past the 'Hotel Sao Joao' and take the next road on the right. The hotel is 25 m along this road on the right-hand side.
