The building is a tall townhouse, typical of the surrounding area.

The rooms are all of a medium size and decorated in a modern, minimal style. The light colours and white bathrooms give a sense of space and are very relaxing. Both the rooms and bathrooms are in excellent condition. The rooms and corridors are also decorated with individual prints of the city.

The breakfast room is located on the ground floor and follows the style of the building as a very light and minimal space.

The hotel is welllocated in the centre of Duesseldorf; the main train station and Old Town can be easily reached on foot.

This hotel is an excellent location for all types of travellers who want to explore the city, combined with an excellent value.0508 hm

A friend and I stayed at the hotel for a weekend break and I was pleasantly surprised.

The hotel is centrally located in walking distance to the main train station and the centre of Düsseldorf. There is plenty of shopping in this area and some good priced restaurants very close by.A big plus is the free travelcard ticket we received upon arrival. We were not just able to use the public transport in Düsseldorf, but also to major attractions such as ‘Zeche Zollverein’ and to other cities such as Essen, Dortmund and Duisburg. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful.

The size of the room was fine, and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, and plenty of fresh towels were available. Our room had a good sized LCD TV with a wide selection of German and a few English news channels, a fridge and a small wardrobe. The only downside of the room: It was facing a busy main road, so we found the room quite noisy. Next time I will definitely ask for a room at the back.


We booked a rate including breakfast, and I have to say that it was absolutely worth it: The selection and quality was fantastic. They had everything from fresh rolls, croissants, British breakfast to cereals. They also do freshly squeezed juices and fruits. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had in a hotel.

All in all, I found it to be the perfect choice for exploring Düsseldorf and other cities nearby. It is very good value for money. I can highly recommend it, if you’re looking for a fun weekend break.
