It is a modern building with landscaped gardens at the front and back. It was designed as an office block for a bank and retains that appearance.
A warm colour scheme of light browns and white. The furniture is also fashioned in light wood. The corridors are narrow due to the building's previous use.
There are two Restaurants offering a choice of local and international cuisine. They are both elegantly laid out. One in tastefully modern decor and furnishings while the other has a traditional feel to it.
Close to the shopping area and a twenty minute walk from the river Rhine and the Cathedral. The tram station â€Rudolfplatzâ€is right in front of the hotel and from there the lines one and two go directly to the fair ground. The journey takes about ten minutes.
The hotel also has a swimming pool with a pool-side bar.
