The rooms all come with an en suite bathroom with shower and a hairdryer, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, safety deposit box (charges apply), small fridge and centrally regulated air conditioning. The suites also have a separate lounge, a microwave and a coffee machine. The rooms adapted for disabled guests have a bathtub with grab rails. Rooms have either a balcony or terrace.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the main restaurant with show cooking. Twice a week guests can have a themed dinner and also the option to have dinner in the themed restaurant (booking is required).

This family-friendly, beach hotel is located directly beside the sea and offers glorious views over the island of La Gomera. A shopping centre is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. There is a free bus to Playa de las Americas and it is some 30 km to Tenerife Airport.

Within the well-tended grounds there are 3 saltwater swimming pools, 1 heated with a hot tub and waterfall, another for children (heated), as well as a poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers, parasols and towels. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy a game of tennis, boccia, table tennis or billiards (charges apply), water aerobics, rowing and archery. Guests can also use the gym and football pitch, as well as the volleyball court. There is an entertainment programme offering diverse amusement for young and old alike.

The modern complex was established in 2004 and has a total of 500 rooms on 9 floors. It is fully air-conditioned and facilities on offer include a lobby with lift access and a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, cloakroom and a currency exchange counter. Conference rooms are available for use by business travellers and there is a public Internet connection (charges apply). Younger guests may like to let off steam in the play area or the kid's club.
