The spacious apartments each come with a combined living room/bedroom, an en suite bathroom, a kitchenette with a fridge as well as a balcony or a terrace. Further facilities include a direct dial telephone, a hire safe, individually regulated central heating and satellite TV. The apartments also feature a separate bedroom.

Guests are invited to serve themselves from the breakfast buffet.

This apartment complex is located in the holiday resort of Almuñecar, in the first row of houses, looking onto the beach and only a few minutes walk from the centre.

In the 800-m² grounds, guests will find a pool and a poolside snack bar. The hotel also organises a seasonal entertainment programme (also available for children).

The complex was renovated in 2001 and has a total of 150 apartments/ studios over 10 floors. Amongst the hotel facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception desk and a lift. A bar, a hairdresser's salon, a TV lounge and an air-conditioned restaurant are also to be found within the hotel. In addition, the hotel has its own car park for those arriving by car.
