There are also Superior rooms or Junior Suites that can accommodate families up to 5 people. All rooms and bathrooms have just been through a complete renovation and are in perfect condition. They are very well equipped with all the modern comforts and the latest technology. A few rooms have a king-size bed and all rooms are non smoking, due to the precious fabrics used in the decor.

There is a bright and luminous breakfast room, cosy and welcoming, where a buffet breakfast is served.

The nearest boat stop, just 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel, is named San Toma'and it is serviced by boat lines 1 and 82, which run along the Grand Canal through a spectacular sightseeing journey of 10-15 minutes from Piazzale Roma or the Santa Lucia train station.
