External view
The guest lounge is most comfortable, with complimentary tea and coffee facilities, lots of local information, board games and books. You can even peruse through the guest comment books since 1997. The front garden slopes down to the road (steps provided!). There are landscaped beds and a pond. The rear garden extends up to the base of the hill where there are beds of herbs and vegetables. The hens reside here from May to September, even providing some of the eggs for breakfast, and Diana, our small Connemara pony, visits from time to time.
