Bisanzio

The hotel is located just off one of the city's most majestic waterfront promenades, the Riva degli Schiavoni, situated within easy distance of St. Mark's Square and all the major historical sites. The area has an abundance of restaurants and bars, all overlooking the unique views of the San Mark's Basin with its landscape of churches and palaces surrounded by the lagoon waters. All shops and amenities are also available in the area. The closest boat stop is San Zaccaria.

Rooms are medium-sized, traditionally furnished and pleasantly decorated. All rooms have parquet floors with wooden cream-coloured furniture that reflects the bedspreads. All equipped with modern comforts. The bathrooms and the rooms have been recently refurbished in a sober and refined style. They appear in excellent condition.

The hotel has a spacious, bright, and well-appointed breakfast room. There is also an intimate bar area furnished in a modern style.

Lobby is medium-sized, partly wood furnished in a traditional style with wooden ceilings. The large reception desk is white, there are two sitting areas called the 'blue lounge' with blue chairs and coffee tables and the 'brown lounge' with brown comfortable sofas.

This is a traditional Venetian building. The hotel is a restored palace of 16th century.

This hotel has a good position, also very close to S. Marco's Square. It is a family-run business very looked after, with its only goal that of pleasing the guest. The standard is definitely closer to a 4-star than a 3. There is an annex, just on the other side of the small street, with extremely beautiful family rooms in 2 floors with plenty of space.
