This Renaissance-period palace has recently been renovated, restoring it to all of its former glory.
The rooms are medium in size, carpeted and furnished in a pleasant style. The colours of the bedspreads blend well with the curtains, and the walls light colours create a pleasant atmosphere.
Spacious and well decorated in soothing pastel colours, the restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere. An excellent buffet breakfast is served.
This hotel is situated next to the River Arno and only a 2-minute walk from the famous Ponte Vecchio. Via Tornabuoni (Florence's most famous shopping street) is also only a 2-minute walk in the other direction. Even though the hotel is on the riverside, to enter the hotel you must go via one of the numerous side streets for which Florence is so famous.
The hotel is located in a very good spot.
