We had a really lovely stay at the Banff Springs. The staff who dealt with us were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The Receptionists were particularly helpful and one carried our luggage upstairs for us. The view across the bay was stunning. Our room had just been refurbished and was immaculate. The food was good and drinks were reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!
