This is an historic seven storey building, white painted, a classic in the Eixample area. Some rooms from all floors have beautiful balconies that evokes the typical essence from the Modernist century.

Medium in size, all rooms have their own personality responding to an exclusive avant-garde design (Kenzo fabrics, Vitra chairs..).
