It is located less than 5 minutes walk from Paddington station, situated in a quiet square, yet close to the West End, and within walking distance of Hyde Park. All bedrooms are tastefully and brightly decorated with TV, telephone, ensuite bathroom (shower only) and a hairdryer. It also has a small breakfast room in the basement.
