The sandstone facade is traditional in design to encapsulate the history of the building and the area. The building is very large in width. Features such as the windows also highlight the classical style and atmosphere of the building and belie the modern design featured inside.

The rooms are extremely modern in design and minimalist in furniture and colour but have all the required comfort of a design hotel. Furniture consists of dark wood and warm beige colours. Rooms offer all modern facilities including flat screen televisions and dvd players. The desk area is also movable and can be used as a table that covers the width of the bed. Bathrooms are in very good condition with bright white decor and mood lighting.

The restaurant specialises in Swabian and Austrian cuisine. Decor is also warm yet minimalist in the restaurant in keeping with the theme of the rest of the hotel. A generous buffet breakfast is served here. The hotel also has a bar with a contrasting modern colourful design with an open fire. The bar area also serves smaller dishes and offers a menu that changes on a weekly basis.

This Austrian design hotel is centrally located just two minutes away on foot from the main train station in Stuttgart and the heart of the city. The pedestrianised shopping area and other cultural attractions such as the theatre are all close by and all easily accessible via the city train system.

The hotel also offers car parking facilities which are useful in central Stuttgart as well as excellent spa facilities for relaxation.
