They are ideally situated for both Uxbridge Town Centre, RAF Uxbridge, Brunel University and the British Athletics Performance Centre. These prestigious serviced apartments are designed to provide comfort, privacy and the freedom to do exactly as you please - whether on business or holiday. We offer a luxurious home from home close to the centre of London yet on the fringes of some of the UKs most beautiful countryside. The town centre has a busy pedestrian area, full of interesting shops and many varied pubs, cafes and restaurants, and there is comprehensive shopping available at The Chimes and Pavilions Shopping Centres. Uxbridge is connected into central London by the Piccadilly Underground line and has easy access to both the M40 and M25M4. Heathrow Airport lies approximately 15 minutes drive to the South. There are a large number of blue chip companies located in the area and the Stockley Park business park is located just a short drive. Pinewood film and TV studios lie approximately 6 miles to the west. All the apartments have been furnished to a very high standard to meet the needs of the discerning traveller and are well suited to those wishing to entertain or hold business meetings. The larger apartments, with two bedrooms and eat-in kitchens, have spacious reception rooms, and dining areas, ideal for longer stays. Every kitchen is fully equipped with a range of appliances including washing machine, tumble dryer, fridgefreezer, oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, plasma TV with satellite, central heating. All apartments have fully tiled bathrooms and most offer en-suite facilities. The Apartments Uxbridge - Standard Terms and Conditions - Please ensure that you have read our terms of business carefully before paying for your booking. By making a reservation with us, you are deemed to have read and accepted them - Booking Procedure - To make a preliminary reservation, we require credit card details together with written confirmation of your booking request, which can be sent by e-mail or fax, if you make a preliminary reservation via Laterooms this will be sent to us automatically - The balance or, if applicable, the first months rent, is payable in full before the date of arrival - Reservation Confirmation - Until you have received a payment request for your stay your reservation IS NOT confirmed - this includes all reservations made through third party Internet sites. We endeavour to confirm all reservations within 24 hours of the initial reservation enquiry being made - Methods of payment - We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if payment does not reach us 28 days before the date of arrival - We are pleased to accept - Credit and debit cards Maestro, MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and cash upon arrival by prior agreement - If you wish to pay via Bank transferwireCHAPS ask for our bank details. If you intend to pay by bank transfer, please ensure that the payment reaches our account net of all bank charges. Please ask your bank to show your name and invoice number clearly on the transfer. A copy of the transfer should be sent to us by fax or e-mail - Amendments- Any changes made once a reservation has been confirmed will incur a charge of £30. Amendments made less than 28 days before arrival will be treated as a cancellation, unless the duration of stay is extended - International reservations - All rates shown in the brochure are in local currencies. We will advise you of the equivalent price in pounds sterling (GBP) when you book, based on the exchange rate on that day. If there is an adverse fluctuation in the exchange rate, we reserve the right to impose a surcharge and will advise you accordingly - Cancellations- Cancellation charges vary from property to property when you book, you should check the terms that apply to your chosen apartment. If it is necessary to cancel your reservation, please give us written notice by fax or e-mail, 29 or more days before the scheduled arrival date, and we will refund your deposit, less a £50 administration charge - If you are unable to give this length of notice, the full cost of the booking may be charged. A refund may be made at the discretion of the apartments management, if the property can be rented to another guest. No refunds will be made for non-arrivals, late arrivals or early departures. Clients are recommended to take out adequate travel insurance - Security Deposit - On arrival, guests are required to provide either a credit card imprint or a cash deposit to the management of the apartments. Any breakages, damage or additional charges incurred during the stay will be deducted from the deposit or billed to the card. All charges must be settled in full before departure - Arrivaldeparture times - Please note the check-in and check-out times for your apartment - these are 11:00am check out and 14:00 check in. If guests require an early check-in andor late check-out, we recommend booking the apartment for the previous andor following night - Liability - The Apartments act solely as agent and not as principal for apartments. We cannot be held liable or accept responsibility for any dissatisfaction with an apartment. We will, however, use our best endeavours to remedy any problem notified to us during your stay - The Acccommodation - There may be occasions where, because of circumstances beyond our control, we will need to amend prices or change accommodation at short notice. If this cannot be avoided, we will use our best endeavours to inform guests of any such change before arrival.
