Amara Wing Resort

I stayed in this hotel between 2-9 July 2011. The hotel is located in Kemer which has very nice natural scenery. The sea is very clean, but it is suddenly getting deep. There are two outdoor pools one of which is activity pool and the other one is relax pool. These two outdoor pools have heating system for winter season. The rooms are really nice and large enough. You can find everything you need in the room. There are lots of alacart restaurants and some of them are active for lunch, too. Italian Restaurant, French Restaurant, Mongolian Restaurant, Turkish Restaurant, Seafood Restaurant, Sushi Restaurant (only this one is extra), Woody Bar, Street Cafe. Since the high number of the restaurants, you do not have to wait for taking your meal in long queues. Anyway, I think the worst thing in this hotel is service quality. I accept that some of the staff is really good and smiley. But, we waited for one and half an hour for a cheese-cake once. For example, if you cannot find a lounge, you cannot find somebody to want it, either. There were no sparkling water in all general areas. You can find it only in the minibar. The aquapark gets closed at 17:00, and I think it is too early. I stayed in Amara Beach Resort last year. Although it is cheaper than Wing Resort, it was better.
