These apartments are situated on the ground floor of a residential area, set in relaxing gardens, the perfect place for families and couples. The apartments have one room and can accommodate up to 4 adults. There are three swimming pools (including children's section), a snack bar, a garden with sun terrace and laundry and cleaning services. The complex has been designed so as to guarantee you tranquillity and a few days relaxation. From here you can make excursions by bike around the beautiful spots of the island, including the Faro de Artrutx and Cala en Bosc beach. Seasonal hotel open May to October.

Renovated in 2002, the complex lies in a 6,500 m2 garden area and offers a number of 1-storey buildings with a total of 70 appartments with 1 room. Various facilities are available to guests including a 24-hour reception (in the peak season) and a safe box. In addition, a snack bar close to the swimming pool, Internet access and bicycle rental are to be found within the grounds. Children may take advantage of the playground and those aged 4 to 12 years may take part in the kids' club activities. Water, gas and electricity are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Rooms are cleaned and towels are changed every three days. Bed linen is changed once a week.
