The Rustic Hotel Alfabia Nou is located in the serra of tramuntana, next to the village of Bunyola, only 7 km. from the emblematic villages of Soller and Fornalutx and 10 km. of Sollers Harbour, with yachting harbour and wonderful beaches This rustic hotel have characteristics which made it specially suitable for people who loves nature, mountains, calmness and to be in touch with horses, ponies, dogs, sheeps... Also is the most obvious place for golf and horse riding fans. At only 5 km. are two horse riding clubs and at 8 km. is Son Termes golf club.Alfabia Nou has 10 apartments, totally reformed, eight of them are for 2 or 3 persons, with one bedroom and a supplementary bed, and two apartments are for 4 or 5 persons, with 2 double bedrooms, and a supplementary bed. All have kitchen, living-room, complete bathroom, air conditioning and central heating, satellite tv, independent terrace and community laundry.All rooms are fully furnished with colonial style and beautifully decorated. The house has a swimming-pool with a big solarium located in a wonderful valley with stunning mountains views, barbecue.Our guests will enjoy the nature, with long walks, lovely gardens, to be in touch with the animals, practicing trecking, cycling, enjoying of the splendid swimming-pool or just talking and having a nice time in the dining-room next to the chimney, or just having barbecue.Golf lovers have at 8 km. Son Termes golf club and for fans horse riding, they can practice their favourite sport in the 2 horse riding clubs which are located at 5 km. from our hotel. At 200m from the finca, you can find the famous Alfabia Gardens which have been made by the Arabs, with many centuries of history. In Soller our guests can visit also the famous Botanic Garden.

Renovated in 2001 and comprising a total of 8 apartments spread over a single floor, this country house features 300,000 m2 of wonderful gardens that invite guests to take a stroll. From the airport take the highway towards Palma, then take the exit for ANDRAITX ( MA-20) until you get to the SOLLER exit ( 5-A ).Take this way to SOLLER ( MA -11) until you get to roundabout at the Soller tunnel, turn left direction COLL SOLLER ( MA-11 A).The agroturismo is situated just 100 mts.from the roundabout where you will see the Alfabia Nou entrance.
