The Colonnade has one function room, the E Bar. The lounge may be booked for 100 guests or divided up into separate spaces for 20 or 80 guests. The entire bar is suitable for events, receptions and parties for up to 125 guests. Outside dining is available on the hotel’s terrace in the warmer months. The terrace is suitable for private events for up to 75 people.

From Heathrow airport, take the M4 and turn off onto the M40A40. Take the turn off on the flyover signposted Paddington. After leaving the A40 at the Paddington exit you will come to a set of traffic lights. Turn left at the lights and drive straight ahead over the bridge (Paddington Station is off to your right before the bridge). You will come to another roundabout, take the first left and then immediately follow the road round to the right under the flyover and take the first available left (pedestrian crossing) down Warwick Avenue over the canal bridge until you come to another pedestrian crossing next to Warwick Avenue underground station. Drive straight over the roundabout and take the first right. The hotel is located on your left a large late 1800s white building and the entrance is left at the end of the road.
