The hotel offers to all the guests the possibility to visit the art gallery in the hotel, where all year through you find photography, painting, sculpture and jewellery exhibitions. In the former wine cellar of the convent you find now a small spa, with an excellent jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath and relax area. On the second floor, on the former convent chapel, you find a reading room and the conference room with capacity for up to 100 people. On the top floor you find “the Japanese garden”, the solarium terrace.

Located in Palmas old town stands the old monastery Convent de la Missi (17th century) next to the church with the same name, which belonged to the Pauls order. Surrounded by narrow streets and gardened patios, once dedicated to the education of missionaries and nowadays, rebuilt and adapted in a pure and refined way to a hotel.After ceasing the activity of the old seminary, the building was closed and, when the current owners adquired it seventeen years ago, it was in really bad condition. After thinking of different possibilities, they decided to start the rehabilitation works and transform it in an elegant hotel.The Hotel Convent de la Missi, opened on January 28th 2003 , after 3 years of careful works. The planning and carrying out of the project were a job of Mr. Rafel Balaguer and Mr Antoni Esteva. They are responsible for the architecture and design, taking care of every little detail. They wanted to emphasize in the leading role of the space, tha harmony of each of their components and the silence.For this reason, they have selected meticulously on one hand, the materials used by the building works and, on the other, the furniture and the decoration items, studying each corner of the building as one individual and, at the same time, achieving a global result of calmness and minimalism. The result is a conjunction of old and modern elements, respecting the old character of the convent and at the same time, confering a modern and up-to-date athmosphere.

From Son San Joan Airport (Palma de Mallorca) drive direction Palma looking for our hotel name on the Hotel Yellow Signs and until you get the promenade and see the Cathedral on your right side. Keep driving since that moment on the right side of the road until you see the unique traffic light that lets you turn on the right side into the city center (just in front of the cathedral). Keep driving streight on until you get Plaza Juan Carlos I - 650 m - (Mc Donalds on the right side as a reference) and turn right direction to Ramblas street - 350 m- until you see a yellow Hotel Convent de la Missio sign and a chemist (as a reference) where to turn right and follow a new sign to find us - 200m-. You will be able to recognize the minimalist hotel main entrance thanks to big flowerpot holders. Welcome!
