Barry's Hotel is one of Dublin's oldest hotels. It is situated in the city centre and just 3 minutes’ walk from O’Connell Street. Barry’s offers low-cost accommodation, friendly service and a warm welcome. It is within walking distance of the Abbey and Gate theatres, the National Wax Museum, Croke Park, principal shopping districts and major tourist attractions. The hotel was built in the latter part of the Georgian period and opened as a hotel in 1889. It was originally 2 houses lived in by wealthy Dublin merchants. Please note that the hotel has a nightclub which is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. This may cause some noise in the rooms.

Ideally located near Parnell Square, just 3 minutes walk to O'Connell Street and the main shopping district, and 5 minutes walk from Croke Park.

All rooms are en suite with shower, direct-dial telephone, TV, and tea and coffee-making facilities. Iron and ironing board, and hair dryers are available upon request from the reception.

Light snacks are available from the bar during selected times.

Small, warm and friendly reception area, with limited seating area.

Opened in 1889 by Mrs Barry, it was originally two houses previously lived in by wealthy Dublin merchants before it became a hotel.
