Hotel Casa 400 also has a conference centre with 11 meeting rooms, which are available year around.
This hotel is located close to Amstel station which has direct train links to Central Station and the RAI congress centre.
The small- to medium-sized bedrooms are comfortable and most are decorated in different shades of blue.
The restaurant is quite attractive with a stone floor, wooden furnishings and greenery. Light snacks and an a la carte menu are available, as well as group banquets for up to 450 people in the hotel.
The lobby is very large with ample seating but its stone floor does lend quite a coldness to it. The bar/ lounge is located off the lobby and is also large, with wooden floors but fairly basic decor.
It is a modern building used as a hotel during the months of June, July, August and September only. The rest of the time it serves as a student hall of residence, hence its basic decor.
