This hotel is located in the centre of Amsterdam, close to the Rembrandtsplein, the main shopping area and tourist attractions.

The bedrooms are in very good condition and have a blue/ green colour scheme and pale wood furniture. They vary in size from medium to large and all bedrooms have attractive paintings that add colour to the rooms. The curtains are blue, red and green giving it a cosy feel and all the rooms vary in shape. The bathrooms are also in very good condition and are of a good size with a pale yellow and grey decor.

The hotel restaurant is located on the ground floor adjacent to the hotel lobby and all meals are served in ths attractive, modern space. Lunches and dinners are primarily served from a Dutch menu and this casual restaurant is popular with both hotel guests and the general public.

The lobby is medium sized and fairly deluxe for a superior tourist class hotel. It has a marble floor, blue wicker furniture with yellow cushions and featuring a iron chandelier.

It is a modern, purpose built hotel that was rebuilt in 1999.

From Central Station: Tram 4,9,16,24 and 25. Stop: Munttower. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from here. From Amsterdam Schiphol Airport take Handelskade for 30 yards and then turn right onto Herbergierstraar and after 100 yards on this road turn left onto Retourbaan. Turn left onto Slingerweg and after 1.5 miles head towards Utrecht, Haarlem and Amsterdam via the A4/E19 and after 3.5 miles on this road take the A10 for 650 yards and you will reach Amsterdam. Take the Ringweg-Zuid/A10 for 1.5 miles. Exit this road towards Exit s109, Exit s110, Exit RAI and Rivierenbuurt. Take Ringweg Zuid for 400 yards and head towards RAI Rivierenbuurt and Centrum via Europaboulevard/S109. Continue along this road for half a mile and then take a left onto S109. After 150 yards turn right onto Europaplein and after 90 yards turn left onto Rooseveltlaan. After 200 yards take a right hand turn onto Europaplein. After 350 yards on this road continue along Scheleplein. After 100 yards turn right onto Sheldestraat. After 400 yards continue along Ferdinand Bolstraat and after 600 yards take a left onto Ceintuurbaan, after 400 yards turn right onto Hobbemakade/S108 and after a further half mile take a right onto Stadhouderskade/S100. After 400 yards turn left onto Ferdinand Bolstraat after 10 yards turn right onto Weteringlaan and after 200 yards turn right again onto Nieuwe Vijzelstraat. The hotel is located along this street.
