Hotel Falcon Plaza is ideally situated in the very heart of Amsterdam, on walking distances of the famous Rembrandt Square, the Opera and City Hall, the Dam, the Munt, the Waterlooplein, shopping area and the flea market. All our rooms are with private shower and toilet, LCD-TV, telephone and safe. Breakfast is served between 07:30 and 10:00. The entire hotel is smoke free.

Ideally located in the heart of Amsterdam within walking distance of the famous Rembrandt Square, Opera, Gassan diamond factory, Waterlooplein, shopping streets and flea market.

The rooms are mainly medium sized, although there are some smaller rooms due to the shape of the building. They are predominantly green and red/pink in decor and with wood furniture including a writing desk and they are in good condition, although they would benefit from a bit of updating.

The hotel serves breakfast only on the ground floor in a pretty non-descript breakfast room.

The lobby is small with dark wood paneling and a small reception area.

The exterior of the building is traditional with a small, brightly lit entrance.

A good 3 star property and ideal for all markets. Good value for the money and an excellent location. This is a non-smoking hotel. jg/07/2008

A car park is available for guests next to the hotel. The hotel has been recently renovated.

From Schiphol Airport take Handelskade for 30 yards a turn right onto Herbergierstraat and after 100 yards turn left onto Retourbaan. After 450 yards turn left onto Slingerwer and stay on this road for 1.5 miles before heading towards Utrecht, Haarlem and Amsterdam via A4/E19. Continue along this road for 3.5 miles and then take the A10 for 650 yards. At Amsterdam continue along the A10 for 9.5 miles and then exit towards Exit s116, Exit Noord, Noord, Centrum and Volendam. Take a left onto Slochterweg/N247 for 350 yards before taking the S116 for 3 miles. Take Valkenburgerstraat for 40 yards and the hotel is located on this street.
