The hotel has 47 excellent furnished rooms that all have colour television, bath/shower/toilet as well as a telephone. The hotel has a lift. The hotel possesses 24-hour camera monitoring, in-house music and air conditioning. A sumptuous breakfast buffet is served in the breakfast lounge. The hotel has a cosy bar and a lounge.

This hotel is centrally located on the outskirts of the red light district and it is within a two minutewalk from Central Station, amidst the renowned bars and coffee shops of Amsterdam.

The bedrooms are all in very good condition as this hotel only opened in July 2002 and all of them have air conditioning. All the bedroom furniture is from Italy as one of the owners is Italian and the bedrooms are all medium sized with light wood and burgundy colours - again, of a very high standard for this kind of product, especially with this location. The bathrooms are also in good condition.

The hotel offers breakfast only and the breakfast area is in the bar and also behind the bar which is partitioned by a particularly attractive fake wooden book case showing that the hotel gives much attention to detail.

The lobby is small and includes a bar but is decorated very nicely and a little eccentrically with dark red walls and dark brown furniture and attractive, ornate gilt mirrors. It is very welcoming and of a very high standard for this kind of product in the heart of Amsterdam.

Although surrounded by traditional buildings, this hotel was completely knocked down before it was reconstructed in 2002 therefore the building is modern but in traditional surroundings.

This is an excellent product in the heart of the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam and is probably the best product of its category in this area. 020807JG
