Rooms are of a small size, well decorated in bright colours, simple furnished, the overall rooms condition is good. All rooms have direct dial telephone,TV, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities and hair drier. Bathrooms are of very small size but are in a very good condition, they have been totally refurbished in 2006.

There is no restaurant, but the hotel has a small breakfast room.

From Heathrow airport take the piccadilly line direct to Kings Cross and we are just 5 to 10 minutes walk from the tube station,From Gatwick airport take the train direct to Kings Cross Thames Link and we are 5 to 10 minutes walk from the station.from any other twon or city in the UK take rail way to Euston rail staion then we are 15-20 minutes walk from Euston.From Stansted airport take the train to liverpool street station then the tube to kings cross.Or take bus A6 from stansted to Baker street and we are 10 minutes by bus number 205 or 30 from Baker street .From Paris just catch the Euro Star to Kings Cross about 95 minuts you will reach London St pancres station and we are 10 walk from the station.

From Kings Cross tube station take Grays Inn exit, walk along Grays Inn Road, turn left into Swinton Street, the hotel is on the right hand side.
