The rooms are larger than the standard category. They are furnished in a traditional Victorian style with modern touches. Both the rooms and bathrooms are in very good condition.

The restaurant is located on the ground floor next to the bar and lounge area. It is furnished in a natural colour scheme and features an open fire.

The medium size lobby features authentic Victorian decor with a beautiful and original wrought iron staircase.

It is a traditional Victorian building with a Grand marble entrance.

Located in the cosmopolitan area of Kensington with direct links via the underground to Piccadilly, Covent Garden and Theatreland, Harrods and Kensington High Street. 'Olives' is a chic restaurant and bar offering a relaxed atmosphere and a good value menu to suit all tastes.
