The rooms are medium on average and in good condition, as are the bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned. Pastel walls, traditional burgundy, blues and English greens and wooden furniture have been used to create a classic, traditional decor.

The restaurant is on the ground floor, it is decorated in peach, and is a pleasantly light and airy room, partly due to the attractive and unusual skylight. Also on the ground floor is an American style bistro and bar.
The lobby is of medium size and classically decorated using traditional colours and wood furniture. There is a large wooden desk to the left of the reception, and a comfortable sitting area to the right, with a glass lift in the centre.
The hotel's period facade is of grey stone, with elegant columns flanking the entrance, a typical example of the grand architecture that can be found in this part of London.
