The rooms are small to medium sized with basic bathroom facilities. The rooms are of a good standard and well presented.

There is no restaurant as such. However, the breakfast room is located in the basement and serves a hearty English breakfast.

The lobby is small with a reception desk and limited seating.

Underground to Paddington Station. Heathrow Express high speed train to Paddington Station, in only 15 minutes. Then 1 minutes walk from Paddington exit the station onto Praed Street, turn into London Street, 50m down on your left you will see the garden which is Norfolk Square. Some free overnight street parking available in front of the hotel, check with hotel for further details. The hotel is inside the congestion charging zone.
