The newly refurbished Penthouse Meeting Room is situated on the hotel’s top floor and can accommodate meetings for up to 12 delegates. The room is 30 m² in area and has 2 large windows, ensuring it receives plenty of natural light. The room is air conditioned and has direct access to a boutique private terrace. The hotel’s Interview Room is slightly smaller, with a total area of 15m². The Interview Room is adjacent to the meeting room and is ideal for interviews or as a break-out room. This room can accommodate meetings for up to 4 people. Both rooms are fully air-conditioned with individual temperature controls. The rooms both have natural light and are extremely quiet. Flipcharts, direct phone connections and audiovisual equipment are all available and both rooms have free high-speed internet access via wired broadband, as well as Wi-Fi wireless internet access.

Rooms feature a queen-size half-tester canopied bed and a mahogany antique writing desk, en-suite limestone bathroom with traditional Victorian style fittings. The average size is 180 square feet. Each room has conveniently placed power and telecommunication sockets and flat screen LCD TVs.
The medium sized rooms are painted in Regency colours of blues, creams and reds and are adorned with original paintings and fine limited edition prints. The bathrooms are all tastefully decorated and in pristine condition.
All rooms are kept in immaculate condition.

The breakfast area, a lovely room decorated in a Victorian style, is situated on the lower ground floor. Due to being a boutique hotel, there is not a restaurant as such in the hotel.

The lobby is small and welcoming, decorated in rich greens and reds with an abundance of antiques, and a seating area with floral patterned sofas. A very welcoming room.

The building is a traditional Victorian townhouse built in 1890.

This is a fantastic property. a very well kept secret in the heart of fashionable Kensington. The entire hotel is kept in fantastic condition, and provides a sense of comfort and luxury that only small boutique hotels can provide. Complimentary welcome drink, afternoon tea & scones, and glass of champagne & canapés in the evening are offered free of charge to all our clients!
