Traditional charming property located in the heart of Bayswater. Conveniently located on the north side of the Royal Parks of Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park and west of the famous Oxford Street. Minutes from Bayswater and Queensway underground stations. Immediate surrounding area provides excellent shopping, cafes, bars, restaurants and places of interest such as Kensington Palace, Notting Hill with its famous Portobello Road Market as well as Paddington Station with easy access to Heathrow International Airport. The hotel is situated on a tree-lined terrace in Bayswater between Queensway and Lancaster Gate underground stations. It is fifty yards from Hyde Park and close to the West End.

The bedrooms are small but functional and in good condition. They are decorated in blues and creams, with classic light wood furniture. The bathrooms are also in good condition.

The restaurant is a key feature of this hotel, having plenty of ornate period features, large windows and in superb decorative condition. The unusual shape of the restaurant along with the fireplace gives diners a feeling of privacy and intimacy.
The restaurant is proud of its extensive breakfast choice, well above most 3-star hotels in London.

The small lobby is elegant and comfortable, decorated in rich greens with marble floors and dark wood panelling. It has a small seating area; however there is further seating in the adjoining bar area.

The hotel is made up of several Victorian townhouses dating back to 1860.
