Avni @ Courtfield is located at the corner of Courtfield and Collingham Gardens in the heart of central Londons fashionable South Kensington district. The hotel offers 55 rooms over 5 floors, all with modern furnishings and private bathroom. Rooms are available with single, double or twin beds and are equipped with free tea and coffee making facilities, direct dial telephone, desk, hairdryer, safe and colour TV. Iron and ironing board are available from the reception upon request.

Located in the Kensington area only walking distance from some of London's major attractions such as the Victoria and Albert Museum, Royal Albert Hall, Natural History Museum and Kensington Palace.
Gloucester Road underground is only two minutes’ walk (Piccadilly Line, Circle and District Lines) providing easy access to the whole city.

The hotel opened in June 2006, and, as you would expect for a newly opened hotel, is in very good condition. The rooms are decorated in a modern style with light-coloured walls and tan and leather furnishings. The bathrooms are fully tiled and also in excellent condition.

There is no restaurant as such but there is a breakfast room located on the lower ground floor.

The lobby is medium-sized with some modern seating.

This is a converted Victorian townhouse with lots of character.
