The well-tended complex offers 11 buildings the highest of which is 2 stories. The complex comprises a total of 225 apartments. Facilities on offer include a foyer, a 24-hour reception desk, lifts, a games room and a TV room. Additionally, a bar, an air-conditioned non-smoking restaurant and a public Internet terminal (additional fees apply) as well as a conference room are also available.
