44 luxurious fully equipped suites, all are of a medium / large size with pine furniture and neutral decor. All rooms are of a good standard. Suites have an en-suite bath and shower, Interactive TV (Internet access, PlayStation, Exclusive Movies), hairdryer, trouser press, modem point, direct dial telephone, iron/ironing board and complimentary tea & coffee making facilities.

Take Junction 31 off the M6 motorway and follow the A677 posted for BLACKBURN. Take the A59 signed for Clitheroe. Go straight over the first roundabout and continue for approx. 8 miles. At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit posted for BILLINGTON and WHALLEY. The CLARION hotel is then approx. half a mile on the right. Look out for the large maroon signs!

Travelling by car: from M61, join the M6, and exit M6 at Junction 31 onto the A59, following the signs for Blackburn. Then follow the signs for Whalley (veer left at the Trafalgar Hotel). Continue on the A59. At the roundabout (near Northcote Manor) take the second exit marked Whalley. The hotel is approximately half a mile on the right.
